SwapUser.com is a reciprocal app testing platform that connects developers and app creators. Users earn tokens by testing and providing feedback on other users' apps, and spend tokens to receive testing and feedback on their own apps.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use SwapUser.com. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

4.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account by providing:

A valid email address
A username
A secure password

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4.3 Accurate Information

5. TOKEN SYSTEM

5.1 Earning Tokens

You earn tokens by:

Successfully completing app testing assignments

5.3 Token Policy

Tokens have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
Tokens are non-transferable between users
We reserve the right to adjust token values or policies with notice
Tokens earned from fraudulent activity will be forfeited
Disapproved feedback may result in token deductions

5.4 Token Balance

Your token balance is displayed in your account dashboard. You can view your transaction history at any time.

6. APP SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

6.1 Eligibility for Submission

You may submit apps that:

You own or have permission to submit
Are functional and accessible for testing
Comply with all applicable laws
Do not contain malicious code or malware

6.2 Prohibited Content

You may not submit apps that:

Violate intellectual property rights
Contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Promote violence, discrimination, or hate speech
Facilitate illegal activities
Are designed to deceive or defraud users
Contain excessive advertising or spam

6.3 App Information

You must provide accurate information about your app, including:

Clear description and purpose
Accurate category and development stage
Realistic estimated testing time
Working URL or access credentials
Specific testing instructions

7. TESTING AND FEEDBACK OBLIGATIONS

7.1 Testing Requirements

When you accept a testing assignment, you agree to:

Test the app thoroughly according to instructions
Spend the estimated time testing
Provide honest, constructive feedback
Submit feedback within the specified timeframe
Report bugs or issues discovered

7.2 Feedback Quality

Feedback must be:

Honest and based on actual testing experience
Constructive and specific
Free from offensive language
Relevant to the app being tested

7.3 Approval Process

App owners review and approve feedback. Feedback may be disapproved if it:

Lacks substance or detail
Is offensive or inappropriate
Does not reflect actual testing
Violates these Terms

8. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Impersonate any person or entity
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Use automated systems (bots) to interact with the Service
Harvest or collect user information
Post or transmit malicious code
Engage in fraudulent activity or manipulation of the token system
Submit fake or misleading feedback
Abuse, harass, or threaten other users
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to reverse engineer the platform

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9.1 SwapUser.com Content

All content on SwapUser.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

9.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (apps, feedback, descriptions). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the Service.

9.3 Feedback License

By submitting feedback, you grant the app owner a license to use your feedback to improve their app.

10. DISCLAIMERS

10.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Specific results from using the Service
Accuracy of user-submitted content
Compatibility with all devices or browsers

10.2 Third-Party Apps

We are not responsible for:

The quality, safety, or legality of apps submitted by users
Any damages resulting from testing third-party apps
The accuracy of app descriptions or claims
Data security of third-party apps

10.3 User Interactions

We are not responsible for:

Disputes between users
Quality of feedback received
Actions or content of other users

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater

We are not liable for third-party apps or user conduct

12. INDEMNIFICATION

13. TERMINATION

13.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact@freetrialtracker.com. Upon termination, you forfeit any remaining tokens.

13.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

Violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent activity
Abuse the token system
Submit prohibited content
Harm other users or the platform

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your access to the Service ends immediately
You forfeit any remaining tokens
Your content may be deleted
You remain liable for any outstanding obligations

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

14.1 Informal Resolution

14.2 Arbitration
